OSPS reinforces management for further growth

Oskomera Solar Power Solutions B.V. (OSPS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bart Stomphorst as Managing Director / CEO from April 26, 2013. In close cooperation with Dennis Gieselaar and the current OSPS management team Bart will guide the further development of OSPS as a leading solar supplier.

The market for PV systems has entered a new phase in which an accelerated growth without subsidies is and OSPS plans to further develop its leadership in this expanding market. Bart takes the role as Managing Director / CEO while Director and co-founder Dennis Gieselaar will focus on the development of new markets and services, sales strategy and strategic procurement.

Bart has extensive experience in managing large and rapidly growing organizations. Since 1992 he has gained broad management experience at companies such as Douwe Egberts and Sanoma. In 1999 Bart started the postal company Sandd, a competitor of Post NL (former PTT Post), with a group of investors where he was CEO until 2009. Following this he started a management and investment company and was involved with a variety of different companies.

The Oskomera Group is also very pleased with the appointment of Bart Stomphorst to expand OSPS’ position as market leader, not only in the fast growing Dutch market, but also in emerging solar markets around us.
