Connect is a dynamic platform within which employees of the Oskomera Group who are younger than 32 can meet in order to learn from each other. Serious and structural investments are made in the development of employees in a demonstrable manner.
In line with the student policy of the Oskomera Group there are four aspects to which concrete contributions are made:
- Expanding the internal network
- Expanding the knowledge of each other’s work
- Guaranteeing the professional knowledge and skills of employees
- Expanding the external network
Activities are regularly organised in which the stimulation of cooperation, knowledge accumulation and social growth are the most important areas of attention.
In addition, Connect maintains intensive contact with other, similar associations around us in the market. These are the principals, contractors, engineers and consulting agencies that work on the future and modernisation of the construction sector. Parties that are aware of each other’s position and interests that work together professionally and in the long term. This boosts the image of Oskomera as an energetic, involved and innovative organisation.
Connect supplies a substantial contribution to the training and shaping of the young employees. Getting to know each other and everyone’s professional skills contributes to further personal and professional growth.
