Oskomera Service & Maintance is an important part of the Oskomera Group because it handles the after-sales activities. S&M also carries out small-scale aluminium and (historical) steel projects, geared primarily to renovation and borough.

Sustainability in new constructions will also play an increasingly significant role, and this will be actively encouraged by the government. In 2020, this will be enforced by law. This certainly also applies to the existing buildings, for which increasingly stringent requirements are being stipulated by both the government and (future) owners or tenants.

Oskomera and its partners can play a significant role here by mapping out the requirements. In the context of sustainable construction, S&M wishes to use an energy savings study to detect heat loss and air leaks in existing buildings and provide (renovation) advice in order to achieve energy savings. This involves taking account of the legal guidelines, such as meeting the requirement for the minimum quantity of light entering offices. Furthermore a safe building envelope is of big importance. For example fire protection and protection against  crime and terrorism. Our principals are building owners, property managers, small and medium-sized businesses, contractors, governmental bodies and institutions.

In collaboration with Vitafront, which is also a part of the Oskomera Group, we can offer a combined package of products and services that is geared to both the technical and aesthetic upgrading of façades and/or façade sections.
