The elements are completely assembled in the factory into larger, frequently storey-high elements that are fitted as a single unit, including section fillings, onto a (metal) suspension construction.
The conditioned circumstances under which the assembly takes place offer major advantages in relation to building conditions. All parts are pre-fastened, which means that only the connection between the elements need take place at the building site. Producing in accordance with the “LEAN” principle only requires a minimal stock of materials and production buffer in relation to the assembly planning.
